5/03/22. I really like this one for a lot of reasons. One is that this piece really straddles the line between being abstract and non-fiction more than most of the things I come up with. Another is that it's based on a photo I took at Allen Falls, a place that always makes me feel like 'home' more than almost anywhere else when I venture back up to the homelands of the North Country. It's made of circles. It almost doesn't look like anything, but when you stand on the other side of the room and look at it, the trees and the water come to life. And lastly, I love a good challenge, and this one was no exception, taking over 15 hours to plot.
