7/15/24. HOPE 2024. Wow, what an astounding time! I went into HOPE '22 kind of last minute with absolutely no idea of what to expect; and ended up having one of my best experiences not only as an artist in a public setting, but as an overall nerd who got to connect with so many people who had such a variety of amazing interests and passions (I keep in touch with many of them still!). I was immediately looking forward to HOPE '24; I don't normally allow myself to get hyped up, or go into things with any sort of expectations really, but it was hard not to for this, especially since the conference is (sadly, imho) only every 2 years. And it went beyond what I even imagined! I feel so much gratitude and love for all the connections I was privileged to make. I plotted this live from my table yesterday afternoon, the last hours of the conference. It was made entirely from one single line. The first (of five) was happily, and gratefully, donated to the volunteers who really help make Hackers On Planet Earth what it is! Can't wait for 2026!
