6/10/22. This one set the records for longest time to render the design; 13,784 minutes (over 9.5 days)! I was using the very computationally expensive kdtree searcher, with a large resolution, to generate the flow field and lines from the AI generated source image, but I've never had anything take more than 12 hours. I had assumed there was an error, or that whatever it spit out would be totally unplottable, but since I had no *actual* evidence of it failing, and because I am incredibly stubborn with technology, I decided to let it ride, and I'm glad I did! I've been a fan of the Dark Tower series for a long time, but I was surprised the AI was able to generate a source image so close to what I imagined without being given more specific input; but I was still able to add a level of surreal to it that I think makes it more my brand. Hope you like it!
