8/16/22. Finally got access to DALL-E 2 last week; it's been pretty cool comparing it to other AI generators I've used and am familiar with. Just like most tools, they each seem to be suited better to different things, so I'm looking forward to having another option to keep in my repetoire. This adorable little fellow was my very first output of it, and I was quite impressed. I think I'll probably gravitate towards DALL-E 2 for more literal outputs like this one, "An adorable penguin with large eyes and a party-hat on it's head.", and keep the more abstracted ideas and concepts to Midjourney. What do you guys think? Have any ideas for something you'd like to see me make with either DALL-E 2 or Midjourney?
